MOPS groups, are a place where moms come together to learn, share and experience this important season of mothering in a caring and accepting atmosphere.
Our group is a ministry at Downtown Baptist Church Orlando. We welcome all mothers of preschoolers regardless of denomination.

My name is Lori Welch. I have been married to my husband, Billy, for 18 years and have 2 children, Ricky (14) and Amy(12). I am also the proud mother of a 7 year old miniature poodle named Walker. We have lived here in the Orlando area for the past 15 years and are orginally from Virginia. I have been a stay-at-home mom while working from our home as an Independent Shaklee Distributor. Our family is currently members of Journey Christian Church and formerly members of Downtown Baptist Church. I am so honored to have been asked to be the Mentor-Mom of the Downtown Mops Group. My prayer for this group is that we will all grow together in God's word and in His love for us.
